To receive an invoice, please send us your email address through Facebook Messenger.
We'll also send photos of your claimed items there.

💡 Before claiming items, make sure to register on our website.
If you'd like to use a different payment method, message us first.

Invoices are sent within 24 hours, and payment is due within 24 hours of receiving it.


🔹 What is your cancellation policy?

We expect payment within 24 hours of invoicing.

Please claim only what you are committed to purchasing.


🔹 What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.
We take great care in packing, but if your items arrive damaged, contact us via Facebook to arrange a replacement if possible.

  • U.S. orders: Free shipping on purchases over $100

🔹 When will my order ship?

We ship within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment is received using FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Tracking is sent to your email once your label is printed.
